The application processes for this initiative are operated by Engage Mutual Assurance.
These terms and conditions set out the legal rules applicable to these processes. Participants shall be bound by these rules upon applying and are advised to read and understand these terms before submitting. If you have any questions please contact feedback@engagesl.com.
There are two types of assistance that can be applied for:
o One of 35 'support packs' (this includes t-shirts for volunteers, A3 posters and club certificates.)
o One of two club 'makeovers' each up to the value of £5000.
Applications for both types of assistance will be judged by the engage with your club judging panel.
The judging panel will include representation from:
o Engage Mutual.
o The RFL Community Department.
o The RL Foundation.
o One of the engage with your club official supporters (Brian Noble,
Jon Wells or Lee Radford).
The panel will assess all applications based on all of the following criteria:
o The application is genuine and is submitted on behalf of one of the RFL community clubs.
o Facility developments being proposed will benefits the club, its membership and the wider community.
o The club may only be able to achieve these changes with the support of this campaign.
Each 'makeover' will be managed by Engage Mutual, the RFL Community Department and in conjunction with the successful clubs. Equipment, material and resource up to the value of £5000 is to be used on the justified development over the weekend of either the 6th & 7th or 13th & 14th August 2011. If these dates are not agreeable by all parties then the nearest suitable weekend will be chosen. No funding will be available away from the chosen weekend.
The deadline for registration for both types of assistance is noon on Wednesday 6th July 2011. Any applications received after the deadline will not be eligible for assistance and will not be judged. Applications not submitted in accordance with these rules, delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered or illegible will be disqualified.
Successful applicants will be contacted via email or telephone no later than seven working days after the closing date. You must therefore provide an email address or contact number on your entry otherwise your entry will be invalid.
Engage Mutual reserves the right to cancel, extend the period of participation or alter in any way whatsoever the terms and conditions of this competition. Engage Mutual cannot be held responsible if, in any case of force majeure (circumstances beyond control), the process should be modified, shortened or cancelled.
The packages are non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-refundable, have no cash value and there are no cash alternatives. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The name and county of successful applicants can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to: engage with your club, James Ogden, Engage Mutual Assurance, Hornbeam Park Avenue, Harrogate, HG2 8XE.
All entrants must be aged 16 or over.
Successful applicants authorise Engage Mutual to publish their name when announcing details of the initiative without prior permission or financial compensation or the attribution of rights other than the prize awarded, subject to those rights protected by current data protection legislation.
Furthermore successful applicants may be required to participate in ongoing PR activity.
Engage Mutual may use successful applicants' names, home town, photographs or opinions in future publicity or promotional material, and entrants agree to such usage by participating in the process.
In case of any dispute the laws of England and Wales will apply.
